Gym Hours
Monday – Friday: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Weekday mornings start early to accommodate your schedule, ensuring you can fit your workout in before work or enjoy a late-night session. Fitness on your time!
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Sundays: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Our weekend hours provide ample opportunity for longer workouts, group classes, or simply relaxing in our modern facility with fellow fitness enthusiasts.
Public Holidays: Reduced Hours, please check our schedule online or contact us directly for specific timings. We strive to remain open for our dedicated members even on most holidays, supporting your consistent fitness journey.
